Short sessions are aimed at waking up and getting a boost of energy for the whole day. Daily workouts lasting 5-10 minutes are waiting for you, with the help of which you will strengthen your muscles, increase joint mobility, help yourself wake up easier in the morning, improve your ability to work and the quality of life in general.
Exercises is suitable for absolutely any level of training. Only your desire and good mood will be needed. A yoga mat is not required. Each lesson consists of a large selection of simple but effective poses.
